This Cookie Policy explains how Semaphore Technosoft LLP ("Semaphore Cloud", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

3. How we ask for your choice
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customise categories. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named semaphore_cookie_consent_v1 on .semaphorecloud.com so the marketing site, pricing calculator, and customer portal honour the same preference. We do not ask again until you clear site data or change settings.
You can reopen preferences anytime via Cookie settings in the website footer, or by clearing site data and revisiting.

5. What we store today
As of the effective date of this policy:
- Consent preference — first-party cookie
semaphore_cookie_consent_v1(and a same-origin local storage copy) so we honour Accept / Reject / Customise across Semaphore Cloud hosts - Essential technical cookies — may be set by the hosting or CDN layer for security and delivery
- Google Analytics 4 — if you opt into Analytics, Google may set
_gaand_ga_*cookies. These tags are not used for storage until you opt in (Consent Mode defaults to denied)
We do not operate third-party advertising cookie networks on the marketing site as of this date. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent before enabling non-essential cookies.
6. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break login flows, forms, or other features. Instructions vary by browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and others).
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Material changes to non-essential cookies will be reflected in the consent banner and this page.
